Cost is $60.00 per and no upgrades are available. A combination of cardio and strength. This is an advanced class, but can also be modified to each individual. Want a fun, fast-paced class? Plyometrics, bodyweight exercises, and intense intervals are a part of every class.
Cardio kickboxing done to rockin’ music to boost your calorie burn! Although the primary focus is on cardio kickboxing, muscle strength will also be thrown in.
