Try a new fitness class today! Not sure you'll like it? Pay per class until you're addicted to fitness! Each class is $3.00 (Yoga is $5.00), and are on a "First Come, First Serve" basis. Class descriptions are below and schedules are here.

Spinning

The Spinning program is the original and most popular group cycling class. It is not just because Spinning is an unmatched way to reach your fitness goals! There are no complicated moves to learn, top notch instructors and music that begs your feet to pedal!! Getting into the best shape of your life has never been more fun!

 

Kickboxing

Get pumped up!  Intense cardio workout and muscle toning to fast paced upbeat music!

Zumba

A latin aerobic dance workout!

Pilates

Pilates is a series of non-impact exercises designed to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness.

Hatha Yoga

This branch of Yoga concentrates on physical health and mental well being. Hatha uses bodily postures, breathing techniques, and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear peaceful mind.
