Park Facilities

We currently have 4 parks within the district that are available for various activities. Check out the individual park details below. To rent any of the parks for larger events or for privacy, please call the JRD office at 324-3389.

Gayle Forsyth Memorial Park

8th Avenue East and 1 mile East Rd

Forsyth Park is 20 acres with a baseball/ softball 4-plex, 2 sand volleyball courts, small basketball pad, picnic shelters, and plenty of open space.

Rotary &Thompson Memorail Park

200 West I Street

This is a 2.5 acre park with a baseball diamond, playground, swings, and picnic area. This was a joint project between Jerome Recreation District and the Jerome Rotary Club. The land was donated by Mr. and Mrs. Kurt Thompson.

Candlelight Park

1200 South Davis

Candlelight is on 2 acres containing a playground, basketball court, sand volleyball court, and picnic areas.

Jerome Recreation District Park

2032 South Lincoln

This is a 7 acre park located next to the Rec Center and outdoor Pool. The park may be rented by itself or in combination with the pool.

Bike Path

Along 100 South and Tiger Drive

A 2 mile asphalt path that is open to the public for walking, jogging, biking, etc. The path runs from the corner of 20th Street East along Tiger Drive to 100 South and West to Lincoln.
